Gut health is something we can talk about for ages isn’t it? We can talk about how what we eat, household mold, candida and even exercise affect the gut!

What about stress and the gut?

Stress could be THE word for 2020, and even 2021. We know stress affects all aspects of our bodies, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The gut affects all aspects of our health, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

When we stress about food and body, we impact the bacteria in our gut, and this affects our moods, joint health, and may increase risk of chronic disease.

Let’s look at how the gut microbiome is impacted by stress and how we can support it with something that is free.
