Over the Hill? Transitioning Your Purpose in Midlife

Over The Hill.

This phrase was one my mom used regularly.

What does it even mean?

It seems to imply that there is only one direction: DOWNWARD. We can look at it that way, as we ARE moving to an end point as humans. But we can also look at this peak on the hill as a time to find ourselves and uncover or reignite passions.

How can you become more YOU in midlife?

In this episode we will:

  • Define the word work.

  • Take a first step toward shifting or finding your purpose.

  • Step outside to look inside.

  • What “productive” means to you!

Purpose can be whatever gives you joy.
