Mindful Eating: Pause and Choose To Eat

How do we choose to eat?

Should it be just when we are hungry?

Use Mindful Eating to take a moment, to pause, and STOP the diet revolving door.

This PAUSE is where the magic happens.

This is where the power in Food Freedom opens up. In this Mindful Mini Episode we will explore:

  • What do you do, after that decision to eat, for physical hunger?

  • What do you do, after that decision to honour a craving and just EAT THE THING YOU WANT?

Yes, you can CHOOSE to honour that craving.

We are creating aware eating, conscious eating and FLEXIBLE eating.

I started to get an episode together about fullness, as it seemed the next logical step, for a split second. Sometimes we are too close to a subject to see it from another’s perspective.

So much happens between hunger and fullness!!!

The New year’s resolution machine is revving up too! Diets and gyms are at the most popular health choices in January, all left to gather dust by mid February. Let’s not buy into this anymore.

It’s insulting.

How do we keep approaching what and how we are eating from a perspective that informs us, not insults us?

That’s what this series of Mini Episodes is all about.
