Mindful Eating: Fullness and Satisfaction With Food

Have you ever felt full, but not DONE eating?

HOW do we stop eating BEFORE we hit the bottom of an empty chip bag?

  • Physical fullness and you body.

  • Satiety and satisfaction.

  • Taste Satiety & the Taste Satiety Meter.

  • Understand, briefly, physical fullness.

  • Identify the difference between satisfaction and satiety.

  • Use a scale between one to ten to gauge your Taste Satiety.*
