Ditching the sugar & “making healthy swaps” never worked for me.

I could down about 10 of those nut-butter-collagen-matcha-hemp balls all at once.

And I’d STILL want that chocolate.

I knew starting a diet “for health” on Monday, and be licking up chocolate on Friday, (ok WEDNESDAY).

That diet wasn’t helpful.

But I keep doing JUST that. Dieting.

I kept telling myself there’s something wrong with me. I had to “just do better next time.”

 

I thought that “do better next time” meant find another diet.

I didn’t know that dieting CREATED cravings and overeating.

I didn’t clue in that dieting CREATED the shame I had about myself.

I didn’t see that dieting DENIED my body’s own biological needs.

I also couldn’t see my own food habits and patterns.

Then I got conscious about my eating.

How? By learning Mindful Eating, I got clarity around my food habits & patterns!

 

I used to:

  • Eat green smoothies, & salads all day, and then eat all night because I had so many cravings!

  • Start a diet, only to go back to the same ‘ole habits. I felt more awful about myself than before.

  • Eat mindlessly, feel stressed out, and wonder why I just couldn’t stop this nonsense.
