Bone broth recipes!

Bone Broth recipes all over the internet, and my recipe is not unique. There was no bone broth recipe written on paper, or in a cookbook, from my mom.

My Czech grandmother knew how to make bone broth, my mom knew how to make bone, and I never received a formal lesson in bone broth.

In fact, I hated it as a kid.

Just watching it cook, made me want to barf.

My mom would laugh at the trendy packages of bone broth at the grocery store now. It’s even at my daughter’s health food store for pets.

My father had a bible story around bone broth, that taught a lesson about having, hoarding and losing possessions.

Bone broth was called soup stock, just plain broth, or it was DINNER. You ended up with a bit of meat off the carcass, added potatoes, veg, and maybe some dumplings, which were made with trigger foods egg and flour.

Boom Dinner.

So to me, bone broth was story, and soup.

And it’s also a trend AND ancient wisdom.

Bone Broth is survival.

This short episode has some bone broth trivia, a little bit of science and and nutrition.

Bone broth or veggie broth, you might just want to make some soup after this episode!
