In my last post and episode, I shared how I was going through a midlife crisis.


I’m sharing three simple (and free) steps I took to start to move through this midlife crisis. Full disclosure: I went to a life coach to talk out what I was feeling. That’s not the free part.

The three steps I am taking are super simple, cost mostly nothing, and I wanted to share in case they might help YOU.
